At Eminence we are dedicated to ensuring the quality of each and every loudspeaker that we manufacture. Since every employee benefits financially from additional profits, we all have a personal financial interest in making sure each speaker meets our quality standards.
No warranty or returns issues are acceptable, but as a manufacturer we also realize that they are inevitable. In light of that fact, we have developed a very proactive department that not only deals with these issues, but works closely with our production staff, production engineers, and design engineers in an effort to solve any quality issues that may arise.
Every returned speaker is analyzed to determine the cause of its failure. That data is then put in a database and analyzed on a regular basis so that we may determine our most pressing quality issues.
Often this department is very instrumental in helping our customers determine quality issues with their products and process as well.
We must admit that this department may not be the hub of activity at Eminence, but frankly we like it that way! |
