There aren't that many loudspeaker manufacturers in the world today. That means there aren't many machines and tools available specifically designed for loudspeaker manufacturers. We decided many years ago to build our own! Let's face it, who knows more about loudspeaker manufacturing than a loudspeaker manufacturer.
To build your own tools, you need good tools. Eminence has spared no expense in supplying our tool room with the finest in tool making equipment.
Our toolmakers are involved in every aspect of our manufacturing. They analyze our tools and processes constantly trying to develop better and more efficient methods of production. Because of their efforts, Eminence boasts some of the most technologically advanced methods of manufacturing in the loudspeaker industry today.
This department also works very closely with our Product Development Engineers to create new production techniques for new product innovations. Many manufacturers will spend several years developing one new product. At Eminence , when the design is complete, we know we can build it and how we are going to do it, ultimately making product development much more efficient. |
