Building a better product for less means that quality can never  be compromised. At Eminence, we build as many loudspeaker components in-house as possible so that we can be assured of their quality. By the same token, Eminence is equally concerned with the ability to provide our customers with virtually endless design possibilities. That means there will always be some components that must be sourced from other vendors. Our Quality Control Department is in place to insure the quality of those components.
Every item purchased by Eminence to be used in the production of  our customer's products is painstakingly inspected to guarantee that it meets our quality standards.
Cones, cores, dust caps, spiders, gaskets, metal assembly components, wire, magnets, terminals, adhesives, back plate labels, and packaging all must meet our expectations of quality or they are returned to the vendor with a description of the item's problem and a request for corrective action.
 Most of the components that are purchased from outside vendors are made in the USA. Our purchasing agents exhaust all their resources before they consider purchasing from offshore vendors. We support American manufacturers and believe that it is worth every effort to obtain the quality of American made products. |
