This department is responsible for a variety of functions including testing, quality inspections, final run counts, reject and repair data recording, private packaging and labeling, and offline work.
Each speaker comes directly from final assembly to this department for testing. A sweep will be run on each product to test for any problems such as voice coil rubs, poor adhesion of components, debris in the voice coil gap, loose coil wires, proper impedance, and bad connections. Each component of the speaker will also be checked to guarantee that the correct parts have been used during assembly. Finally, the aesthetic quality of each unit will be evaluated to guarantee the product meets our standards. When a product fails our quality inspection, it is either rebuilt or thrown away.
Many manufacturers choose to sell their blemished or reject models. Eminence stopped that practice several years ago. There is nothing acceptable about building a product that is inferior to its original blueprint. Each time we have to throw a unit away, every employee in the company loses profits. This practice encourages us all to make the best product possibleˇthe first time.
 After testing and inspection, the product will receive any private labeling, magnet boots, or specialty packaging treatments.
Eminence offers several different packaging methods. The most popular and affordable method is our bulk-package. Depending on the diameter of the speaker and the magnet weight, we are capable of including from 27-300 speakers on a single skid. This is a very economical package and provides customers with the assurance that their product will arrive in good condition. This method is only available to OEM customers with custom manufactured specifications.
Genuine Eminence products are packaged individually in standard Eminence gift boxes for in-store displays. For this package we incorporate the use of the latest foam packaging technology to ensure your products are protected. Other single-pack options are available depending upon your situation.

for shipment via UPS or carrier of your choice..
